We are pleased to announce the grand opening of our new VCC Indoor Golf Practice Facility! This new 1,000 SF facility, imagined by VCC ownership & management, and designed by Howard Kulp Architects of Allentown, will invite practice of all facets of the golf game (driving, iron play, short game & putting). The facility has been launched with two of the latest award winning indoor golf practice technologies:

We are pleased to announce the first ever VCC “Race the Course” 5K and 1 Mile Hill Climb. This unique 5K course will traverse all 18 holes of the Valley Country Club’s Tillinghast designed golf course. The 1 mile course will include the climb and descent of our picturesque, switchback style club entrance road.

We are pleased to announce the completion of Phase 1 of our putting green expansion! This project, constructed by our Greens Superintendent – Eric Reed, and with the help of Green Mountain Excavating, will be complete sometime in 2019 depending on weather, germination and maturation.
This newly expanded green, while providing additional practice area, will also be connected to our existing 18th green creating a special relationship and thus requiring a hole-specific set of rules. Stay tuned for details from our head Golf Professional and PGA rules savant, Clark Luis.
We are pleased to announce that our new Sugarloaf Terrace and lower 19th Hole Patio are complete. This new 1,750 SF elevated terrace, designed by Howard Kulp Architects of Allentown, connects to former clubhouse balcony and wraps around the Sugarloaf Room, providing double stair access to the pool deck level. The terrace will enhance our Sugarloaf & 19th Hole dining concepts, offering a new outdoor venue for dinning and other special events.
The deck surface is a state-of-the-art composite decking by Admiral SpaceMaker. This composite decking is made of 100% virgin cellular PVC and is completely waterproof, allowing the space underneath to be utilized during wet weather. The perimeter railing is a Feeney DesignRail horizontal wire system, providing uninterrupted views of the our pristine valley and the Sugarloaf Mountain.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the flooring upgrades in our Clubhouse Lobby and Main Banquet Room. The custom carpet and luxury planking by J&J Flooring Group was installed by Giant Floor of Wilkes-Barre. We look forward to hosting the next wedding or other special event in our new venues.
We are pleased to announce that three of your favorite classic tavern games have arrived to our 19th Hole: a 16 foot Champion brand – Grand Champion Shuffleboard table, 8 foot pool table & a new dart board. A special thanks to Allentown Tables for helping us provide this fantastic new amenity for our members.
